F-35 shoots down last QF-4 Phantom target aircraft

Jenson) Ahead of ending the QF-4 program later this year, a QF-4 Phantom target aircraft from the Holloman air force base in New Mexico flew its final unmanned mission above the White Sands Missile Range on August 17. During the flight, the unmanned aircraft served its primary mission as an aerial target and was shot at by an F-35
