Malaysian Airlines identified as new 737 MAX customer

Boeing has identified Malaysian Airlines as a customer for Boeing 737 MAX passenger plane with firm order for 25 737 MAX 8 airplanes, valued at USD 2.75 billion. Previously attributed to an unidentified customer, the Malaysian order also includes purchase rights for another 25 737 MAX 8 and 737 MAX 9 airplanes.
