A Boeing 727-200 aircraft operated by Colombian AeroSucre crashed shortly after taking off from the Puerto Carreno's German Olano Airport.
The aircraft was operating a cargo flight to the Colombian capital Bogota. Five of the six onboard crew members died in the fatal crash.
