A Russian Su-33 fighter jet embarked onboard the Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier skidded off the carrier runway after an attempted landing on Saturday, Dec 3.
Reports indicate the Su-33 crashed on its second attempt to land in good and clear weather conditions.
Pilot onboard the fighter ejected safely, who was later rescued by a onboard Kamov Ka-27 search and rescue helicopter.
